- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 lemons
- 50 ml. Of olive oil
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 100 gr. mushrooms
- Black pepper
1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Rub the chicken thighs with the garlic and season to taste.
