At Christmas it is very common and traditional to have aperitifs, assorted canapés or starters during Christmas Eve dinner. If this year you want to do something different and original and avoid the classic canapés, we propose a recipe to make them in the shape of a Santa Claus face. Not only is it fun but it's also delicious.
- Pink sauce
- Serrano ham
- Grated cheese
- Heart-shaped mold
1. Use a heart-shaped pan to cut a slice of loaf.
2. Spread the bread with pink sauce. Cut a triangle of Serrano ham and place it at the tip of the heart, it will be the hat.
3. Cut a carrot triangle and two pieces of black olive. They will be the nose and eyes of Santa Claus.
