Cherry soup, a surprising dessert

To surprise children with a different dessert, prepare this children's recipe for cherry soup. Your children may think that soups can only be salty, but this one with fruit will delight them for its presentation and flavor.

Desserts with cherries are usually one of the favorites by children, they are a good way to encourage them to try the fruit, especially with this recipe for children. By taking it differently, they are sure to dare to discover this dessert.

  • 500 gr. cherries
  • 200 ml. of water
  • 100 gr. of sugar
  • 100 ml. cream
  • 1 orange
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Tips: Reserve some cherries for the presentation of the dish.

1. Wash, pit and cut the cherries into small pieces. Put them in a saucepan with the water, sugar and cinnamon over low heat.

2. When they are poached and soft, remove from heat and pass through the blender.

3. Squeeze the orange juice, add it to the cherry puree.

4. Pour the cream on top, you can leave it without mixing to create a visual contrast. Present the soup with some cherries as decoration.
