- 2 aubergines
- Serrano ham in cubes
- Goat cheese (one sheet per roll)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- a pinch of salt
Advice: You can also make it in the oven with bechamel or special cheese for gratin.
1- Wash the aubergines and cut them into slices. Put them in water with a little salt for 10 minutes.
2- After 10 minutes, remove the aubergines and let them drain. Once dry, put them on the fire to grill them with a drop of oil.
3- When the aubergine is done, put them on a plate to mount the rolls.
4- Place in each slice of aubergine a sheet of cheese and the diced ham. Then roll up the aubergine and place them on the oven tray.
5- Put in the oven for 8 minutes at 180ºC to melt the cheese. As soon as it is removed from the oven, serve hot to enjoy this delicacy.
